01 · The place
A spacious, sunny two-bedroom-plus, in a great neighborhood.
We’ve got high ceilings, real light through the day, a kitchen we actually cook in, and a living room set up for evenings with friends — not for scrolling. Walking distance to coffee, the park, and the J. The room going up is the one with the bay window. It’s the warmest in the morning.

02 · Who you’d live with
Two people who like a clean kitchen, slow Sundays, and the occasional dinner party.
Martin
The host34, bilingual (ES/EN), works in tech (Autodesk). Big coffee guy, faith-led, into the gym, golf and travel. Up early, asleep by 11. Will probably make you try a Mexican breakfast.
Noemi
The other roommateLives here too, also lovely. Quiet during work hours, social on weekends. Tends the plants and keeps the kitchen sane.
“We’re looking for someone easy-going, communicative about the basics, and not into late parties at home. Bonus points if you make coffee.”
— Martin
↳ A great fit if you
- ✓Keep the kitchen clean enough that we can use it tomorrow
- ✓Are comfortable being around people, but don't need to host every weekend
- ✓Communicate when something's off (rent, plans, the dishwasher)
- ✓Have a routine — work, study, build, train, whatever
- ✓Drink coffee. Or tea. Or both, like a civilized person.
↳ Maybe not the right place if
- ✗You want to throw parties at home
- ✗You smoke indoors
- ✗You're rarely around to share life with the apartment
- ✗Loud late nights are your thing — we're up early
